PGA is not just a transportation engineering firm, we are a diverse group of 65+ individuals throughout Central Florida who believe in working hard together to deliver great projects and continue growing our firm and elevating our brand. PGA’s major client is the Florida Department of Transportation. We work with FDOT, as well as counties and municipalities on a wide variety of projects ranging from sidewalks to resurfacing and from widening to multi-level interchange projects.
PGA has been recognized year after year as a best place to work locally and nationally, including Florida Trends “Best Companies to Work For” and Zweig’s “Best Firms to Work For.” This recognition stems from our impressive benefits package, which includes a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and health/dental/vision insurance plans at no cost to the employee, as well as a cell phone allowance, and generous paid time off (PTO) at time of hire. Yes, PGA recognizes the necessity for a work-life balance, but it also prides itself on providing a work-play balance.
