Purpose & Need 

Patel, Greene & Associates (PGA) is looking to hire a leader. PGA’s Sarasota office is in its early stages and seeks a driven and creative technical professional to guide the next phase of its growth. The Sarasota Roadway Group Leader will work with colleagues across Central Florida to pursue and deliver exciting projects to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and local counties and municipalities. Backed by a Roadway Group Manager with over 17 years of experience, you’ll work together directing resources to ensure quality products and take charge of roadway design and QC efforts for our projects. What You’ll Do  

  • Direct Orlando Roadway Group resources  
  • Direct and mentor junior staff  
  • Lead marketing efforts for the Roadway discipline (Letters of Response and other Technical Proposals) 
  • Maintain responsible charge over multiple roadway projects 
  • Provide quality control reviews, when necessary 
  • Lead internal training programs 
  • Assist in the strategic planning and growth of the PGA’s Roadway Group 

What You’ll Need 

  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) 
  • 15+ years of engineering experience is preferred
