Planning is one of our newer service lines at PGA, launched in Spring 2019. Our team members are recognized throughout the state and nationally as subject matter experts on planning topics like Complete Streets, bicycle and pedestrian safety, context classification, and context sensitive design. We have performed new Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) analyses for FDOT, have led initiatives to integrate transportation and land-use planning along corridors, and policy implementation.

Lucas started in Illinois, and he has since lived and worked in all four corners of the US. Outside work, most of his time is spent with his twin daughters, Avery and Stella, and his partner, Brooke. He also plays guitar and schemes regular trips to the southern Rocky Mountains.
