What You’ll Do
- Serve as Lead Technical Professional (LTP) for various landscape tasks and projects
- Assist with marketing efforts (proposal preparation) to support the Landscape Architecture Group
- Direct and mentor junior-level staff, designers, and other technical staff in completing tasks
- Provide peer reviews on work products
- Require moderate to minor technical supervision, seeking assistance when needed
- Complete tasks and projects within established supervisor’s expectations
What You’ll Need
- Education and Experience (Required)
- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or related field
- Registered Landscape Architect (RLA)
- 0-10 years of post-registration experience
- International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Arborist Certification (Desired)
What You’ll Bring
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and policies
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Proficient in technical writing and delivering technical presentations on a variety of project-related topics
- Ability to conduct field reviews and landscape installation inspections during construction
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to interact with a variety of clients
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize assignments, manage time, and meet deadlines
- Excellent ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently at the direction of PGA’s Leadership Team
- Proficient in AutoCAD or MicroStation/ORD software, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), and Microsoft office Suite
- Ability to prepare graphics using 2D/3D rendering software, visualization applications, ArcGIS, and photography (desired)
- FDOT project experience (desired)
