Purpose & Need 

Patel, Greene & Associates (PGA) is looking to hire a hands-on, seller-doer to lead our Orlando Roadway Group. PGA’s Downtown Orlando office is multiplying and is searching for a driven and creative technical professional to guide its continued success. Our Orlando office hosts a tight-knit group of multidisciplinary staff that deliver projects to some of PGA’s biggest clients and have a lot of fun along the way. The ideal candidate will be ready to embrace this office culture, excited to expand our market presence with target clients, and pursue ambitious professional development goals. The Orlando Roadway Group Leader will work with colleagues across Central Florida to pursue and deliver exciting projects to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Central Florida Expressway Authority, and local municipalities. Backed by industry leader counterparts and a deep bench of resources across the firm, you’ll work together to direct roadway resources, to ensure quality products, and take professional charge of roadway design projects. What You’ll Do  

  • Direct Orlando Roadway Group resources  
  • Direct and mentor junior staff  
  • Lead marketing efforts for the Roadway discipline (Letters of Response and other Technical Proposals) 
  • Maintain responsible charge over multiple roadway projects 
  • Provide quality control reviews, when necessary 
  • Lead internal training programs 
  • Assist in the strategic planning and growth of the PGA’s Roadway Group 

What You’ll Need 

  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) 
  • 15+ years of engineering experience is preferred
