UTampa Science Stormwater Vault Design 

PGA provided permitting and design services for a stormwater retention system for the University of Tampa’s upcoming Science Building. However, fitting a traditional retention pond within the project footprint proved challenging, and the university wanted to preserve as much of the site as possible for student-focused amenities. To address this, PGA partnered with Rotondo to deliver an innovative HL-93 traffic-rated stormwater vault, maximizing site efficiency while freeing valuable space for enhanced campus use.
